Drilling

The clamping of the tools is done without utilities. Upon increasing cutting forces the drill chuck re-clamps itself. Even after intense stress the drill chuck can be opened easily. The high concentricity allows the use in CNC machines.

With hole saws you can create precise drillings for pipe, sockets and switch boxes into different materials. The whole tool consists of three parts: the shank, the changeable center drill and the round saw blades.

Screw hole punches are used for punching holes into thin materials. The punching creates no burr and the workpiece won’t get deformed. The operating speed is high.

The right cutting conical drill bit with straight flute or spiral flute is used for burr free drilling in the thinnest sheets, in gradients of 1.2 or 3 mm. Pre-drilling is not necessary. The cutting edges have an axial and radial relief. The drill as a cylindrical shank and can be used up to a sheet thickness of 5 mm.

Twist drill assortments are compilations of twist drills DIN 338 in metal boxes from 1 mm up to an maximum of 13 mm, some with core hole drills. These are required for drillings in which a metric inner thread should be cut. We offer the assortments in different quality levels: Roll forged twist drills in HSS steel (HSS-R), fully ground twist drills in HSS steel (HSS-G) bright finished or TiN coated and fully ground twist drills in HSS Co steel (HSS-E).
