Screw hole punches are used
for punching holes into thin
materials. The punching creates
no burr and the workpiece
won’t get deformed. The operating
speed is high.

First a punch hole is drilled with
a step drill or a conical drill.
Then the screw hole punch is
mounted. The screw is tightened
with a spanner.
Due to the three-point-cut
the screw hole punch has an
accurate position. The screw has
a fine thread. The screw hole
punch is hardered (HRC 48), the
tempered steel is burnised and
the printing is lasered.
