Tapping set M3-M12 HSSE-VAP with guides and core hole twist drills, 47-piece
The 47-piece HSSE-VAP M3-M12 tapping set from GSR has been developed for industry and trade. Especially for the production of internal and external threads in stainless steel. It contains everything for perpendicular thread cutting:
cobalt-alloyed and vaporised taps with guide pins
cobalt-alloyed core hole twist drills
cobalt-alloyed and vaporised cutting dies.
Cutting die guides with pilot guide
The guide pin on our taps, as well as the cutting die guides, enable you to create perpendicular and functional threads.
The GSR Silver holding tools with matt black handles and light blue body are 100% manufactured by GSR, combining tradition and innovation and impressing with their design and environmentally friendly production. The GSR guides enable precise cutting of internal and external threads.

die: reamed chip holes, threads cut true to gauge, then lapped, chamfer relief-ground, outer contour chamfered and pre-slit (V-groove), with mounting holes for die holders
Taps: tap with pilot, hardened and tempered, ground version, back-ground chamfer, milled square according to DIN 10
High-strength holding tools: body made of zinc die-cast alloy Zamak 5, handle refined by black-finish nitriding process
cutting guides: enable perpendicular cut on the bolt, made of zinc die casting, precision cast
laser marking: labelling according to DIN 2197
core hole spiral drill: hardened and tempered, with cylindrical (round) shaft, ground point angle, split point from 3mm, DIN 338
