Metrische Feingewinde der Größe MF 8×1 sind bevorzugt in der Automotive Engineering, Hydraulik und in Präzisionsmaschinen anzutreffen. Das GSR Coilrepair Set MF 8×1 bietet die gezielte Lösung für die Instandsetzung beschädigter MF 8×1-Gewinde , mit engerer thread pitch als das Normalgewinde M8, was besondere Anforderungen an Präzision und Werkzeug stellt. Alle Systemwerkzeuge und 15 Thread Inserts sind enthalten.

Die Thread Inserts bestehen aus austenitic stainless steeldraht mit diamond-shaped cross-section (Rhombus, 60°), der durch cold-forming zur federnden Wendel geformt wird. Die federnde Bauweise verteilt Kräfte gleichmäßig und schafft dauerhaft belastbare Verbindungen mit konstantem Reibmoment.

Use thread cutting fluid

When installing the thread insert, the use of a thread cutting fluid is recommended, particularly for steel, stainless steel and cast iron. GSR thread cutting fluid reduces friction, improves installation and protects the tool. Available in 100 ml and 250 ml.
