Das GSR Coilrepair Set MF 24×2 ist die Lösung für Reparaturen größter Feingewinde in Anlagentechnik und schwerem Mechanical Engineering. MF 24×2-Gewinde stehen unter hohen Betriebslasten und erfordern eine dauerhaft belastbare Instandsetzung ohne Nennmaßänderung. Mit 5 Edelstahl-Thread Insertsn in der Metallbox und allen Systemwerkzeugen ist das Set professionell ausgestattet. Ein Core Hole Drill Bit ist nicht im Set enthalten, ein geeigneter HSS-G VAP Bohrer (Ø 24,5 mm) aus dem GSR-Sortiment ist separat zu verwenden.

Die Thread Inserts bestehen aus austenitic stainless steeldraht mit diamond-shaped cross-section (Rhombus, 60°), der durch cold-forming zur federnden Wendel geformt wird. Gleichmäßige Kraftverteilung und niedriges Reibmoment sichern dauerhafte Verbindungen auch unter höchster Dauerbelastung.

Use thread cutting fluid

When installing the thread insert, the use of a thread cutting fluid is recommended, particularly for steel, stainless steel and cast iron. GSR thread cutting fluid reduces friction, improves installation and protects the tool. Available in 100 ml and 250 ml.
