• Dies: drilled chip holes, thread cut true to gauge then lapped, relief ground, outer contour chamfered and pre-slotted (V-groove), with locating holes for die holders.

• Taps: hardened and tempered, ground version, relief ground, milled square according to DIN 10

• Holding tools: body made of zinc die-cast alloy Zamak 5, toggle refined by burnishing-nitriding process

• Laser marking: Marking according to DIN 2197

• Core hole twist drills: hardened and tempered, with cylindrical (round) shank, ,point angle ground, cross ground from 3mm, DIN 338
