Cancellation policy:

You can revoke your contract within 14 days without giving reasons. To exercise your right of cancellation, you have to inform us (GSR Gustav Stursberg GmbH, Schmiedestraße 4, 42899 Remscheid, phone: 02191 5833, fax: 02191 52769, shop[at]stursberg.com) by means of a clear statement (eg a post mail, fax, telephone or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form, which, however, is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries not before receiving the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB and out obligations according to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB.

To maintain the withdrawal it is sufficient to timely dispatch of the revocation. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of an effective withdrawal the mutually received benefits and any additional benefits (e.g. interests) must be returned. If the customer is not able to return the received service as a whole, only partially or in deteriorated condition, the customer has to compensate for the loss. This does not apply to the surrender of goods, if the deterioration is exclusively due to their inspection, as it would have been possible in the retail store.

The customer does not have to compensate for deterioration due to proper usage of the goods. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk.

Based on the provisions of Art. 14 para. 1 of the EU consumer rights directive, the buyer pays the return costs. Not transportable items will be collected. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the customer with the dispatch of the revocation or the item, for us with their receipt.
